Carlton and Sharon have been married for 37 years. With Carlton being such a guitar
enthusiast, Sharon has acquired significant knowledge of the guitar, and is a great resource for Carlton in
this ministry. In addition, she and Carlton have written many contemporary Christian songs together, and a link to purchase

Rich Bailey is Carlton's cousin, and he and Carlton have been
playing guitars together for over 40 years. Rich and Carlton are more like brothers than cousins, and share a love for
ministry and guitars. Rich has been a guitar enthusiast most of his life, and he and Carlton taught each other most

Paul Patsis, Seattle, WA, is President and CEO of one of
the country's major insurance companies. Paul's friendship with Carlton began with them attending the Chet Atkins Appreciation
Society festivals in Nashville. Their first such meeting was 10 years ago, and their friendship still finds the guitar
very much a bonding force. Paul is very well known in the acoustic guitar circles, and can call some of the foremost
names in the guitar world his personal friends. Some of his close friends are Grammy winners and National Fingerstyle
Championship winners. His knowledge of the guitar is incredible, and he has a true passion for the instrument. Paul
is a vital part of our ministry, and we are fortunate to have him as a friend and advisor.
